Each item is made-to-order in our small Colorado studio. Weāre not a warehouseāweāre a small-batch, family-run adventure brand. We donāt accept returns on personalized gear, but we always want you to be happy with your purchase.

1ļøā£ Email us at Hello@wildenomad.com with your order number and reason for return
2ļøā£ Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
3ļøā£ Once it arrives and passes inspection, weāll issue your refund within 5ā7 business days
š¦ Heads up: Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Exchanges ā If your item was damaged or incorrect, weāll send a replacement ASAP
Defective or broken gear? Send us photos within 7 days of delivery and weāll make it right

If your order arrives damaged or somethingās not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. Weāll review the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund if needed.
