Wilde Nomad Return & Refund Policy

🌲 Return Eligibility

āœ… Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back in the original packaging
āœ… Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
🚫 Custom or personalized items can’t be returned—unless something’s wrong on our end (damaged or incorrect)


🧭 A Note About Our Shop

Each item is made-to-order in our small Colorado studio. We’re not a warehouse—we’re a small-batch, family-run adventure brand. We don’t accept returns on personalized gear, but we always want you to be happy with your purchase.


🄾 How to Start a Return

1ļøāƒ£ Email us at Hello@wildenomad.com with your order number and reason for return
2ļøāƒ£ Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
3ļøāƒ£ Once it arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days

šŸ“¦ Heads up: Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.


šŸ’³ Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds – Issued for eligible returns once they’re back in our hands

Exchanges – If your item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement ASAP

Defective or broken gear? Send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right


šŸ’„ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll review the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund if needed.

āš ļø Please note: Replacements are approved at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements if there’s evidence of intentional damage or misuse.
